What documents do I need to travel?

All guests must travel with their passport and any necessary visas as required by your country of origin. All guests should consult their consulate for up-to-date travel document and medical requirements.

By official regulations, take account that Passport or your country’s Official ID must be shown for registering at the hotel upon arrival.

As of April 1, 2021, visitors entering or leaving the Dominican Republic will be required to complete and submit a digital entry and exit form that includes the traveler’s Customs Declaration, International Embarkation/Disembarkation form and Health Affidavit, required by the Ministry of Public Health, to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and optimize the entry and departure processes.

Visitors will need to complete one form for arrival up to 72 hours prior to travel, and another one for departure. The system will generate corresponding QR codes for each form. Visitors can print or take a screenshot of the QR codes, and keep them on hand to be scanned by local authorities at Customs.

Do I need to register an account?

Yes, all guests need to register an account. We need full legal names, dates of birth, citizenship as well as addresses, email, phone number and emergency contact for all passengers. Only one guest needs to make the booking. When booking you must put in the first name, last name and email of your traveling partners in order for them to be placed in your reservation. How can I get to the resort?

It is only a 30-minutes drive from Punta Cana International Airport to the Hotel. An hour trip from La Romana Airport and a 3 hour trip from Santo Domingo Airport.

Transfers will be available for purchase at a later date.

Does your hotel have Internet access?

Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi internet access throughout all common areas and rooms. We also have computers available at the lobby at no additional charge.

How can I know where the hotel is located?

The resort is located in Bávaro, at the east side of the Dominican Republic, view the location map HERE.

Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

The Hard Rock provides 110 volts outlets in every room, if you need a different outlet, you will need an adapter. Please note that hairdryers are provided in every room, so you may leave that out of your packing list.

Where can I eat?

All meals are at your leisure. The Hard Rock Punta Cana offers many included dining options, as well as some options for purchase. Please see our dining page for all info.

All of our restaurants’ dress code is casual. Formal shorts or bermuda shorts, dress shirts, polo shirts, or formal sandals. (No wet clothes, visible bathing suit or flip flops.)

You can tell us about food allergies or special food requirements at Public Relations desk, where we will notify each restaurant. We also have detailed food descriptions on the menus.

How much money will I need to bring?

The Hard Rock Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort. There are some additional dining, amenities and excursion options that will be available at additional cost. All guests are required to provide a credit card for incidental charges upon check in.

If you are planning to travel off property for shopping and such, we recommend bring some cash along as some vendors do not accept credit cards or travelers checks. There are exchange bureaus at the lobby. Most of the venues accept US dollars, but please note that you may receive change in the local currency. Additionally, you may want to carry small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and airport transfer drivers outside of the resort.

What should I pack?

Dress is casual (shorts, shirts, skirts, jeans, etc.). Theme nights will be announced before the event. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.

Is there a doctor onsite?

Should a guest require medical attention, the Infirmary staff is available to assist 24 hours a day.

Can I purchase a Private Event Pass separately?

No. Events are not sold separately. All packages must be purchased through Rose Tours only. No one will be admitted to any of our events without proper credentials which are issued by Rose Tours.

Air Travel Information

Book your flights into Punta Cana International Airport. Transfers will be available for purchase. The first events will be scheduled for 6PM on October 5th, 2023. Please give yourself time for transfer and check in. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

Lineup Changes

The celebrity & artist lineup is subject to change. No refunds will be given in the event of any artist changes.

Are pets allowed?

With the exception of Seeing Eye dogs or service animals, no pets will be allowed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please read the cancellation policies for this chartered cruise. These cancellation policies differ from the standard cruise lines policies. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

If you have taken insurance and you need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insurance carrier to recover any lost payments.

What is the policy for name changes?

Name changes are permitted for $100 per person, however at least one guest from the original reservation must remain in the room. Changing all names in a room are not permitted and considered a cancellation. Name Changes are not permitted for Match Program or Single Reservations. Cancellation penalties will apply.

The person taking your place needs to register at www.reservations.rosetours.com and add their credit card information. You must work out the money already paid among yourselves. The person taking your place pays the remaining balance to Rose Tours.

When you are ready to complete the name change, email one of the staff at Rose Tours the name of the person taking your place and who is paying the $100 name change fee.
Also have your roommates email one of the staff at Rose Tours that they approve the name change. No name change will take place till everyone on the reservation agrees in writing to the change. Once all the emails have been received, the name change will be completed. The $100 fee will be charged and confirmation will be emailed to all roommates.

Name changes can be completed up to 1 month prior to the event. No name changes will be made after the deadline.

Double Bookings

You cannot double book yourself on the event. If you double book, your reservations will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Can I upgrade/downgrade?

Upgrades are taken on a per reservation basis, if there is availability in the room and for the event itself.

Downgrades are prohibited. No Downgrade request will be taken.

How is seating determined?

Seating will be determined by time of booking.  Those who book a Rock Suite, Rock Family Suite, Caribbean Diamond and Caribbean Sand Suite will be given priority seating based on category. All other suites will receive seats by time of booking. Please see our prices page for details.

I need an Accessible Suite. How do I book that?

Accessible Caribbean Suites and Caribbean Sand Suites are available and include wider clearance through doorways, toilet, bathroom rails, shower benches and roll-in showers. The rooms do not have hydro spa tub. With King beds only.
In addition we have ramps throughout the hotel. Including reception, pool and beach access areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies.
If you need an accessible suite, please book a Caribbean or Caribbean Sand suite and call Rose Tours to request an accessible suite.
