All name changes will incur a $100 fee per person.

A $35 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.

Payment Schedule

The deposit of $400 (Caribbean Suite and Islander Junior Suite) or $600 (Caribbean Sand Suite, Caribbean Diamond Suite, Rock Family Suite, Rock Suite) per person is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installment automatically charged to your credit card on file with the first payment due the 15th of the next month. All other payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on August 15th, 2023

Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.

Cancellation Policies & Travel Insurance

Please read the cancellation policies for this resort takeover. These cancellation policies differ from the standard resort policies.  We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances. Many travel insurance policies will refund any non-refundable deposits or cancellation penalties if purchased within a certain period of time. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellation Insurance is available for purchase at the time of booking. Travel Protection Insurance can prevent you from incurring a financial loss before your trip. Should you have to cancel for any of the following reasons: (Illness, Injury, Death, Unannounced Strike, Jury Duty,
Court Ordered Appearance or Traffic Accident)

If you have taken insurance and you need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insurance carrier to recover any lost payments.

Important Travel Info

Visitors will need to complete one form for arrival up to 72 hours prior to travel, and another one for departure. The system will generate corresponding QR codes for each form. Visitors can print or take a screenshot of the QR codes, and keep them on hand to be scanned by local authorities at Customs.
