All name changes will incur a $100 fee per person.

Late & Decline Card Fees
A $35 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.
A $35 fee will be assessed for any late payments received.

The deposit of $400 (Deluxe Partial up to Rock Royalty Categories ) or $600 (Deluxe Swim up, Junior Suites and Rock Suite Categories) per person is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to your credit card on file with the first payment due the 15th of the next month. All other payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on March 15th, 2026

Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.

Please read the cancellation policies for this resort takeover. These cancellation policies differ from the standard resort policies.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances. Many travel insurance policies will refund any non-refundable deposits or cancellation penalties if purchased within a certain period of time. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellation Insurance is available for purchase at the time of booking. Travel Protection Insurance can prevent you from incurring a financial loss before your trip. Should you have to cancel for any of the following reasons: (Illness, Injury, Death, Unannounced Strike, Jury Duty, Court Ordered Appearance or Traffic Accident)

If you have taken insurance and you need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insurance carrier to recover any lost payments.
